We are looking for Unarmed Security Officers to undertake the surveillance of our clients premises and protection of their staff and visitors. You will be responsible for detecting any suspicious behavior and preventing vandalism, thefts or other criminal behavior. The ideal candidate will inspire respect and authority as well as possess a high level of observation. DeltCorp Security Group is now hiring full-time and part-time Unarmed Officers in the Nashville, TN Area. All applicants must have a valid drivers license, go through a criminal background investigation and drug screening prior to job placement. Requirements Proven experience as security officer (Preferred) Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety Familiarity with report writing Excellent surveillance and observation skills High School diploma (Preferred) Reliable Transportation Be available to work overnights Have a valid state issued Valid Driver's License and Social Security Card Be able to work up to 12 hours per shift if required Must display a professional appearance and attitude Must have at least 2 years of customer service experience Must possess excellent communications skills and phone etiquette Must be familiar with using a computer and a smartphone Must pass a comprehensive background investigation and drug test Must have a valid Unarmed/ Armed Security Officer License Must be available to work weekends and holidays. Responsibilities Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the property Remove wrongdoers or trespassers from the area Secure all exits, doors and windows after end of operations Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation Provide assistance to people in need Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences through the DeltCorp Management System 2nd and 3rd shift available.
