Gate Attendant - Rarity Bay As a Gate Attendant at Rarity Bay , you'll be the welcoming face of our community and the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and contractors. Your presence helps ensure smooth access control, safety, and exceptional customer service at our community entrance. Role Overview In this position, you will manage entry procedures, monitor security systems, and uphold community safety standards. You'll play a vital role in maintaining order, preventing unauthorized access, and providing courteous assistance to everyone who passes through the gate. Key Responsibilities Monitor and control access points by verifying credentials for visitors, residents, contractors, and vendors. Conduct visual inspections and surveillance to prevent unauthorized entry and ensure safety. Operate CCTV systems and maintain continuous awareness of activity around the premises. Maintain accurate logs of entries, exits, incidents, and surveillance footage for accountability. Use computer-based gate entry software to process and document visitor access. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong understanding of security procedures and access control. Prior security experience is highly desirable. Excellent conflict management abilities and a calm, professional demeanor under pressure. Familiarity with CCTV systems , access control technology, and basic emergency response protocols. Ability to stand for extended periods , remain alert, and communicate clearly with diverse individuals. Proficient computer skills , including navigating gate‑entry software, logging systems, and basic troubleshooting of access control programs.
