Job Description

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Security Shift Supervisor to join our team and drive our relationships with hyperscale clients to new heights.
Security Shift Supervisor:
Data Center (Construction) Security Shift Supervisor conduct unarmed Patrols (interior and/or exterior), control facility access and egress, monitor closed circuit televisions and alarm systems, compose reports, deter criminal activity, and misconduct, and perform other duties as specified by the client. The Security Shift Security is trained to work on all posts at the assigned site location and is available to work all shifts and oversee the security officers of those posts. Data Center Security Shift Supervisor facilitates a pleasant experience for our client and their customers through interactions. Customer Service is primary.
Responsibilities:
Maintain awareness of surroundings to promote physical security and safety; watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazardsObserve and report and suspicious activityProvide access control for gates ensuring only authorized personnel are permitted.

Manage traffic flow at gates to ensure no disruption in business operations.

Maintain access log.

Monitor cameras after normal working hours.

Notify DPR personnel of any issues.

Contribute to communication and awareness of security policies and issues as neededDistribute and enforce on site and global standard operating procedures down to the individual levelAssist and train new staff on all security systems, SOPs, patrols, post orders, etiquette, and customer service as a member of the security teamEnsure Client and Company policies are followedSupport Daily Tasking and Activities100% completion of log and report write-upsPerform to the best of your abilities to meet KPIs outlined by the Site Lead.

Oversee the Site Security Officers, enforce disciplinary measures in accordance with Salute HR policy
Additional Accountabilities:
100% completion of log and report write-ups100% accurate and timely submission of timesheet documentation in Field ServiceFulfillment of 100% contractual expectations as defined with Client SOW specific to scheduled service deliveryFulfillment of 100% revenue expectations as defined within Client SOWCompletion of 100% required Talent LMS based training courses as assigned100% adherence to Salute Mission Critical safety standards and best practices100% adherence to client security/privacy practices and expectations Construction Site Security Lead requirements:

Current state-issued guard cardHigh school diploma or appropriate level of training per local jurisdictionsAbility to speak fluent EnglishExperience in customer service-related fieldsAbility to handle stressful situations with tact, professionalism, and respectComputer literacy with experience within the Microsoft Office suiteBasic CPR/AED/First Aid or BHV equivalent
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, up to 40lbs. Ability to climb ladders and multiple flights of stairs to access elevated equipmentAbility to stand for long periods of time in various work environmentsAbility to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach for equipment related tasksBasic physical fitness to respond quickly to emergency situations and navigate areas quicklyAbility to move quickly and efficiently withing various work environments to troubleshoot issues or respond to emergencies. Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity for working with small components and connectorsClear vision, with or without correction, to perform tasks requiring attention to detail and precision while wearing safety glassesAbility to differentiate between color-coded warning signs, labels, and cablesAbility to work in environments with a wide variety temperature inside a facilityAbility to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures, rain, or snowCapability to work in environments with elevated noise levels while wearing hearing protectionPossession of a valid drivers license for work-related travel, as required

Compensation & Benefits DisclosureThe base salary range for this role is $20.00 per hour. This range reflects a goodfaith estimate of what we reasonably expect to pay upon hire, based on factors such as skills, experience, education, and market/location. Our comprehensive benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, Health Savings Account (HSA), gym discount, mental health, Discounted Group Life & AD&D, Discounted Group Short & Long-term Disability, 401(k) retirement matching, PTO/paid holidays, and parental leave. Final compensation will be determined by jobrelated factors consistent with applicable law.#SP1
Shift:
Sunday - Tuesday w/ every other Wednesday OR Thursday - Saturday w/ every other Wednesday (DAYS&NIGHTS)
DAYS:
6am to 6pm (12 hr shifts)
NIGHTS:
6pm to 6am (12 hr shifts))
