Role:

The company is seeking qualified Armed Security Guards to support its growing security operations. This position is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment while providing a professional security presence at assigned client sites. The ideal candidate is reliable, professional, safety-minded, and able to use sound judgment while following all applicable security procedures, licensing requirements, and employer policies. What You'll Do:

Provide armed security services at assigned client site or post. Maintain a visible, professional, and alert security presence. Monitor activity and report suspicious behavior, incidents, or safety concerns. Follow site-specific post orders and company security procedures. Respond appropriately to incidents or escalated situations within role limits. Provide courteous and professional customer service when interacting with clients, visitors, and staff. Complete reports, logs, or documentation as required. Follow all applicable safety, licensing, and regulatory requirements. The company is

Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). 1 year of relevant experience. Must meet all applicable state licensing and certification requirements for armed security work. Professional, reliable, and punctual. Strong judgment, communication, and situational awareness. Ability to follow instructions, site procedures, and security protocols. Must meet employer background, eligibility, and screening requirements. Prior armed security, military, law enforcement, or related experience (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

Veteran or military experience. Prior armed security experience. Experience working at commercial, industrial, event, or contract security sites. Strong written communication skills for incident reporting. Flexible availability for assigned shifts. Physical Requirements /
