Position Type:
Full-Time / Part-Time (as applicable) Job Summary; Allstate Security lndustries, lnc. is seeking professional and dependable Commissioned (Armed) Security Officers to provide safety, protection, and customer service across assigned locations. Officers must be able to respond to situations appropriately while maintaining professionalism and operating within legal guidelines. This position reports to Security Supervisors and Leadership Staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
o Carry a firearm and respond appropriately to security situations o Patrol assigned properties (on foot or in company vehicle) o Monitor buildings, access points, and surrounding areas o Respond to emergency and non-emergency incidents o Contact emergency personnel when necessary o Observe and report unusual activity or safety hazards o Complete incident and daily activity reports accurately o Provide courteous assistance to clients, staff, and visitors o Assist with crowd control and special assignments as needed o Transport deposits when required o Enforce company policies, procedures, and site rules o Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information o Participate in training and safety drills
Minimum Qualifications:
o Active lexas Commissioned Security Officer License (Level Ill) o Valid driver's license o Ability to pass background check and drug screening o Strong communication and observational skills o Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations o Professional appearance and demeanor
