Job Description

Security Officer (Outdoor Security)
  • Arlington, TX 76011 Regal Staffing Services of Arlington is seeking dedicated and reliable Security Officers to join our team at a manufacturing facility in Arlington, TX.
This positionrequires individuals who are comfortable working in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, wind, and rain. The Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment by monitoring access points, conducting outdoor patrols, responding to security incidents, and enforcing company policies to protect employees, visitors, and company assets.
Pay Rate:
$21.00 per hour

AM Job Responsibilities:
Monitor facility access points and control entry/exit activity Conduct regular outdoor patrols of the property and perimeter Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and safety concerns Enforce company policies and security procedures Monitor security cameras and alarm systems Maintain accurate security logs and incident reports Assist with investigations as needed
Qualifications:
Must possess a valid Level II Security License Minimum of one year of security experience preferred Strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills Ability to work assigned shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays Must be comfortable working outdoors for extended periods in all weather conditions Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
