Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and vigilant Level 3 Armed Security professional to join our dynamic security team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment through proactive surveillance, rapid response to incidents, and effective conflict management. Your expertise in law enforcement procedures, security operations, and emergency response will be vital in protecting personnel, property, and assets. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your advanced security skills in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment where safety is paramount. Duties Respond promptly to security incidents, utilizing conflict management techniques and law enforcement protocols as needed. Manage access control procedures for personnel and visitors, verifying identities and authorizations efficiently. Perform regular patrols of the facility's perimeter and interior to identify vulnerabilities or suspicious activity. Maintain detailed incident reports, and shift logs for accountability and review. Experience Proven experience in armed security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields demonstrating advanced security capabilities. Familiarity with first aid procedures, CPR certification, AED operation, and emergency response protocols. Experience with conflict management strategies and de-escalation techniques in high-pressure situations. Knowledge of legal regulations related to security operations, including performing background checks and loss prevention practices. Prior exposure to tactical equipment such as Tasers or other non-lethal weapons is preferred but not mandatory.
