AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to all visitors, employees, and contractors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an industrial location. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, screen visitors and deliveries, and document access activity in accordance with post instructions and security-related protocols. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site leadership and/or emergency services when appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including the perimeter and key access points, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Support security-related operations by maintaining accurate logs, reporting hazards and/or policy violations, and communicating clearly with Allied Universal leadership and site personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
