PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control protocols, and/or emergency response activities at a utilities location. Monitor and document the entry and exit of employees, contractors, visitors, and/or vehicles, checking credentials, authorizations, and delivery information in accordance with site policies. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating security-related concerns and/or unusual activity through the appropriate chain of command. Conduct regular and random patrols around buildings, gates, yards, and perimeter areas to help identify unauthorized activity, damaged barriers, and/or other security-related issues. Maintain accurate logs, reports, and visitor records, and communicate clearly with site contacts, Allied Universal leadership, and/or first responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located. A guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
