The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed and potential threats are addressed promptly. Duties Monitor and patrol designated areas to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity. Operate surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to ensure comprehensive coverage of the premises. Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances, taking appropriate action as necessary. Enforce regulations and policies to maintain order and safety within the facility. Provide first aid and CPR assistance in emergency situations, ensuring the health and safety of individuals on-site. Document incidents, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records of daily activities. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed during investigations or emergencies. Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage to property. Manage conflicts effectively through de-escalation techniques and conflict management skills. Experience Candidates should possess relevant experience in security or law enforcement.

Preferred qualifications include:

Familiarity with surveillance systems and monitoring techniques. Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable. Experience in military service or related fields is a plus. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. A valid security certificate or training in loss prevention strategies is an advantage.
