Unarmed Security Officer - Corporate Environment We are seeking a professional and motivated Unarmed Security Officer to join a growing organization focused on delivering high-quality security and loss prevention services. Position Overview The Unarmed Security Officer plays a key role in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and team members. This position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate with professionalism in a corporate setting. Key Responsibilities Deliver consistent, high-level customer service to clients, visitors, and employees Manage front desk operations including access control and visitor processing Maintain accurate records, including access logs, reports, and incident documentation Monitor CCTV systems and electronic communications as required Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas in accordance with post orders Observe, identify, and report irregular activity or security concerns Respond promptly and appropriately to incidents, emergencies, and escalations Prepare clear, detailed, and accurate daily activity reports Maintain effective communication with site leadership and operations teams Candidate Requirements Minimum of one year of customer service or related experience Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities Professional demeanor with the ability to remain composed under pressure High school diploma or GED required Must be at least 18 years of age Authorized to work in the United States Reliable transportation required Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Strong and stable work history preferred Must successfully pass background screening and drug testing Compensation and Benefits Weekly pay Corporate work environment with structured operations Health, dental, and vision insurance options 401(k) retirement savings plan Paid vacation: two weeks annually Unused vacation payout eligibility after six months Flexible scheduling options Streamlined online application process Career development and advancement opportunities within a growing organization Career Opportunity This position is designed for individuals seeking more than a job.
