Weekly Job Description Serious Protection Services (SPS LLC) is seeking dependable Level III Armed Security Officers to provide security for a vacant commercial property in Channelview, Texas. This position consists of 12-hour shifts and requires officers who are reliable, observant, and committed to protecting client property. Duties & Responsibilities Monitor and secure a vacant commercial building. Conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols throughout the shift. Prevent trespassing, loitering, vandalism, and theft. Monitor the property for suspicious activity and safety concerns. Complete accurate daily activity reports and incident reports. Notify supervisors and law enforcement of any emergencies or criminal activity. Maintain a professional appearance and provide exceptional customer service when interacting with authorized personnel. Requirements Active Texas Level III Commissioned Security Officer License (required) Ability to work 12-hour shifts Reliable transportation to and from the work site Reliable smartphone for communication, reporting, and scheduling Strong communication and report-writing skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Dependable, punctual, and professional What We Offer $15.00 per hour Weekly pay 12-hour shifts Stable work environment Opportunities for advancement within Serious Protection Services (SPS LLC)
