In this pivotal role, you will oversee security personnel, ensure the safety of personnel and assets, and implement proactive security measures. Your expertise will help maintain a secure environment by managing surveillance systems, conducting risk assessments, and coordinating emergency responses. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team committed to safeguarding our operations with professionalism and integrity. Must be Level II or Level III and have previous experience. Non Smoker & clean driving record. Pay depends on experience. Nights and weekends are a must! Duties Supervise and coordinate daily security activities performed by security staff in the field, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety protocols Conduct comprehensive surveillance using CCTV systems, monitor live feeds, and analyze footage for suspicious activity or security breaches Perform background checks on new security personnel and contractors to verify credentials and ensure compliance with legal standards Manage conflict situations effectively through conflict management techniques, de-escalation skills, and appropriate use of force when necessary Oversee loss prevention strategies by identifying vulnerabilities, conducting inspections, and implementing preventative measures Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies by coordinating with law enforcement, emergency services, and internal teams as needed Ensure all security equipment such as Taser devices, AEDs (Automated External Defibrillators), and CCTV systems are maintained and operated correctly Requirements Proven experience in military, law enforcement, or private security roles with a strong understanding of surveillance techniques and security protocols Demonstrated ability to perform background checks, conduct risk assessments, and manage conflict situations effectively Certification in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), AED operation, first aid, and manual handling procedures is highly desirable Knowledge of CCTV operation, loss prevention strategies, heavy lifting techniques, and Taser usage is essential Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and manual handling for extended periods while maintaining alertness Excellent communication skills to coordinate with emergency responders, team members, and external agencies Valid security license or certification as required by local regulations Join us as a Field Security Supervisor where your vigilance makes a difference!
