Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional, dependable, and adaptable Security FLEX Officer to support biomanufacturing and other regulated client sites as needed. This position requires the ability to respond to assignments with little to no notice and quickly adapt to site-specific security protocols, safety requirements, and post orders. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to operate in controlled environments where compliance, access control, and professionalism are critical.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide security coverage at biomanufacturing and regulated facilities with minimal notice Monitor and control access points, including employee, visitor, and vendor entry Conduct interior and exterior patrols of assigned sites Enforce site security policies, safety procedures, and access restrictions Monitor security systems such as CCTV and access control platforms Respond promptly and appropriately to incidents, alarms, or emergencies Accurately complete incident reports, patrol logs, and daily activity reports Follow site-specific post orders and confidentiality requirements Deliver professional customer service while maintaining a strong security presence

Preferred Experience:
