PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and document site access activity in accordance with location policies and regulatory requirements. Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols around buildings, gates, restricted areas, and the perimeter, noting hazards, maintenance concerns, and/or suspicious conditions. Support vehicle and delivery screening processes, help to deter unauthorized access, and maintain accurate logs, reports, and other required documentation related to daily operations.
Minimum Requirements:
Applicants must have at least 2 years of security-related experience. A current TSA issued TWIC is required. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
