Unarmed Security Officer Level 2 - Warehouse Access Control Reliance Security Services - Fort Worth, Texas Reliance Security Services is seeking dedicated and professional Unarmed Security Officers to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. Key Responsibilities Maintain safety and security within assigned premises and surrounding areas Conduct routine foot patrols in accordance with established security protocols Complete daily activity reports, incident reports, and logs accurately and on time Enforce all warehouse policies and procedures consistently Perform patrols using a QR-based patrol scanning system Respond promptly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, or unusual activity Monitor and operate security systems, including alarms and surveillance cameras Provide assistance and support to employees, visitors, and guests Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary Ensure compliance with all site-specific rules and security procedures Qualifications Minimum age of 21 years High school diploma or GED preferred (not required) Valid Level II Security Guard License required Ability to pass a comprehensive background check Prior security or warehouse access control experience preferred Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills Physically capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods Ability to perform tasks requiring sustained physical effort and endurance Basic knowledge of security procedures and emergency response protocols
