Performance One Security is expanding its overnight operations across Dallas — and we're looking for sharp, composed professionals who thrive when the stakes are high and the lights go low. If you bring authority, awareness, and accountability to every shift, we want you on our team. Who We Are Performance One Security is a Level III Armed Security firm serving the DFW Metroplex with a reputation built on professionalism, integrity, and results. We partner with businesses, venues, and institutions that demand nothing less than excellence — and we deliver it through people, not just policies. What You'll Be Doing Establish a commanding, professional presence throughout the property during overnight hours Oversee access control at entry points, verifying credentials and enforcing site-specific admission requirements Monitor activity across the property, identifying and neutralizing potential threats before they develop Manage pedestrian flow and occupancy levels to maintain a safe, controlled environment Conduct scheduled and unscheduled interior and exterior patrols throughout the shift Respond decisively to disturbances and remove non-compliant individuals when required Partner with on-site management to enforce property policies with consistency and professionalism Serve as the primary liaison with local law enforcement during critical incidents Prepare thorough, accurate incident reports documenting security events and any use-of-force What You Bring Valid Texas Level III Armed Security License (required — no exceptions) Prior armed security or law enforcement experience strongly preferred Proven ability to remain calm, professional, and effective under pressure Strong verbal and written communication skills Self-directed work ethic with the ability to operate independently and within a team Keen situational awareness and quick decision-making ability Must clear background check and drug screening Bonus Points For Experience in nightlife, hospitality, or entertainment venue security Prior crowd management or access control background Familiarity with Texas public safety regulations Advanced de-escalation and conflict resolution skills Current First Aid / CPR certification How to Apply Click to submit your resume.
