TEAMArmed & Unarmed Positions | Dallas, TX We are actively expanding our team for a high-volume nightclub in Dallas and looking for professional, dependable, and physically capable security officers to join our dedicated venue team.

ABOUT THE VENUE & OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking 10-15 qualified security officers to staff a premier nightclub location in Dallas. This is a consistent, ongoing assignment for officers who take pride in their work and can handle the demands of a fast-paced nightlife environment.

Schedule:

Weekend nights (Friday & Saturday) + additional event nights as needed

PAY RATES

$18

• 20/hr
• Licensed Unarmed (Level 2) $22
• 28/hr
• Licensed Armed (Level 3) Additional $2
• 3/hr
• Bilingual (Spanish) premium Pay based on experience, performance, and assignment

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking officers who command respect through presence, professionalism, and composure .

Required:

✅ Active Texas Security License (Level 2 for unarmed, Level 3 for armed) ✅ Minimum 6 feet tall

• physical presence is essential for this venue ✅ Minimum 1 year nightclub or high-volume security experience ✅ Must know and understand basic club security rules : Proper ID verification and age enforcement Pat-down and search protocols Crowd control and line management De-escalation techniques for intoxicated or aggressive patrons Coordination with venue staff and local law enforcement

Preferred:

Bilingual (Spanish/English)

• strongly preferred to serve diverse patron base Ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking guests and staff Ideal candidates demonstrate: Strong physical presence and command presence Integrity, respect, and strong moral character Excellent work ethic and reliability Professional appearance (dressed sharp, groomed, looks the part) Clear, professional communication skills Confidence without ego Ability to work effectively within a large team (10-15 guards per night) Physically capable and mentally alert throughout long shifts

TEAM ENVIRONMENT

This is a coordinated team operation . You will be working alongside 10-15 other security professionals each night.

Success requires:

Clear communication and teamwork Understanding of assigned roles (door, floor, VIP, patrol) Ability to follow direction from shift leads Professionalism in high-stress situations

REQUIREMENTS

Must be 21+ (nightclub age requirement) Valid Texas security license (Level 2 or Level 3) Armed applicants: Active Level 3 license + handgun proficiency Valid ID Reliable transportation Ability to pass background screening Professional conduct expected at all times
