The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for team members in the field. This position requires a proactive approach to security, effective communication skills, and the ability to respond to incidents seiftly, even keeled and methodically. Responsibilities Monitor and patrol assigned areas Respond promptly to property damage, disturbances, or emergencies. Conduct regular inspections of premises and report any irregularities. Utilize cell phone recording and surveillance equipment to monitor activities. Enforce parking rules and regulations to prevent loss or damage. Manage conflicts effectively using conflict management techniques. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required. Maintain accurate records of incidents, observations, and actions taken. Experience Previous experience in law enforcement or security is preferred Experience in conflict management and de-escalation tactics is a plus. Military experience may be beneficial but is not required.
