In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment through proactive foot and vehicle patrols, surveillance, and quick response to incidents. Your dedication will help protect property, prevent loss, and uphold safety standards across our premises. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for security, law enforcement, or military experience to make a meaningful impact while working weekends. Responsibilities Conduct regular patrols of the premises using physical inspections to identify potential security breaches or safety hazards. Monitor and detect suspicious behavior or unauthorized access. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, including medical situations requiring CPR or first aid. Manage conflict situations with professionalism and conflict management skills, de-escalating disputes when necessary. Enforce access control procedures by verifying identities of visitors, contractors, and employees during weekend hours. Document all incidents accurately through detailed reports and logs for future review and action. Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency responders when required to ensure swift resolution of incidents. Qualifications Prior experience in law enforcement, military service, security, or related fields is highly desirable. Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred; willingness to obtain if not already certified. Familiarity with surveillance technology such as CCTV systems and loss prevention techniques. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Knowledge of security protocols, access control procedures, and emergency response procedures. Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods during shifts. Excellent observational skills combined with a proactive approach to safety and security.
