Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Rover in El Paso, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy retail location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, associates, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues. Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns within the location. Support store operations during opening, closing, and high-traffic periods by assisting with security-related presence, directional assistance, and incident response as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. A guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
