Security Officer (Armed / Unarmed) - Level III Required

Armed / Unarmed Security Officer - Fort Worth, TX Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and professional Armed / Unarmed Security Officer to support a client site in Fort Worth, TX . This role requires flexibility to perform both armed and unarmed duties based on the assigned schedule. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent customer service, and the ability to maintain a safe and secure environment. Schedule & Pay Rates This position operates under dual pay rates depending on assignment type: Monday & Tuesday | 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Armed Officer)

Pay Rate:

$20.50/hour Wednesday | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Unarmed Officer)

Pay Rate:

$17.68/hour

Please Note:

Compensation varies based on whether the assignment is armed or unarmed. Key Responsibilities Maintain a safe and secure environment for the client site Monitor access control points and enforce site policies and procedures Perform routine foot and/or vehicle patrols of the property Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and security concerns Complete accurate and detailed incident and activity reports Provide professional and courteous customer service to employees and visitors Uphold company standards for appearance, conduct, and uniform compliance at all times Minimum Requirements Active Texas Level III Commissioned Security License Valid driver's license with reliable transportation Ability to perform both armed and unarmed assignments as scheduled Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Must successfully pass background screening and drug test Previous security experience preferred Additional Hiring Requirement Candidates must successfully complete and pass the Securitas IPAT (Industrial Physical Assessment Test) prior to employment consideration Why Join Us?
