Sunstates Security is currently hiring Full Time, Part-Time, and Flex Security Officers (Dispatch officers) in the Port Freeport, TX area. You must be available to work all shifts, all days

• including weekends with a pay range of $18.20/hr
• $19.97
• paid weekly.

Pay will be discussed if selected for interview.

Requirements:

Dispatch Officer Responsibilities Provide centralized dispatch services for Port Freeport, including answering incoming calls and coordinating all radio communications. Dispatch security personnel and resources as needed, while accurately documenting incident details, particularly during emergency situations. Receive and process emergency communications through multiple channels, including phone, radio, email, and third-party alert systems. Input, update, and retrieve data using various computer systems and cloud-based platforms. Operate and manage communications equipment such as radio consoles, telephones, and computer systems. Monitor security video surveillance and camera analytics systems, responding appropriately to observed activity. Perform additional duties as required that fall within the scope of a contract communications officer's responsibilities. A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
