PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or visitors by following access control procedures, property policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, maintain visitor logs, and report unusual activity or policy violations to site management. Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while supporting security-related protocols for the location. Conduct regular and random patrols around residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter, as conditions at the location may vary. Assist with package, delivery, and vendor access processes in accordance with site-specific instructions while helping to deter unauthorized entry.
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Alarm panel experience is preferred. A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. The ability to use a computer or tablet comfortably is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
