Licensed Armed Security Supervisor

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly responsible Licensed Armed Security Supervisor to lead our security team in safeguarding our facilities, assets, and personnel. This energetic role requires a proactive leader who can oversee security operations, manage incident responses, and ensure compliance with all legal and safety standards. As a Licensed Armed Security Supervisor, you will play a critical role in maintaining a secure environment while motivating your team to deliver exceptional service and vigilance. Your expertise in law enforcement, surveillance, conflict management, and loss prevention will be vital to your success in this position. Duties Supervise and coordinate armed security personnel to ensure effective coverage of all assigned areas Respond swiftly and appropriately to incidents, emergencies, or alarms, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency responders as needed Manage access control procedures for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors, verifying identities and authorizations Enforce security policies and procedures while maintaining a professional presence that deters theft, vandalism, or unauthorized access Provide training and guidance to security staff on conflict management, first aid protocols, CPR procedures, and surveillance techniques Maintain detailed incident reports, shift logs, and security records accurately reflecting daily activities and incidents

MUST HAVE A LEVEL III ARMED SECURITY LICENSE MUST HAVE TWIC CARD

Qualifications Valid license as an armed security officer with supervisory certification where applicable Proven experience in law enforcement, military service, or professional security roles with leadership responsibilities Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, surveillance techniques, loss prevention strategies, and conflict resolution methods Certifications in first aid, CPR, and emergency response are highly desirable Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stressful situations calmly and effectively Demonstrated ability to lead a team with integrity while enforcing policies consistently Physical fitness to perform patrols and respond quickly during emergencies Join us in creating a safe environment where safety meets excellence!
