Security Guard 24/7

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires a strong sense of responsibility, excellent observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively to various situations. Duties Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. Conduct regular inspections of premises and report any suspicious activities or incidents. Operate surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to monitor activities. Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations, providing first aid or CPR as necessary. Enforce rules and regulations to prevent loss or damage to property. Manage conflicts effectively, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate situations. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required. Maintain accurate logs of daily activities and incidents for reporting purposes. Qualifications Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred. Knowledge of surveillance techniques and loss prevention strategies. Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Must possess a valid security guard license as required by state regulations.
