Job Description As a Security Officer Driver Based Patrol in Houston, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed driving patrol officer at a financial institution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access and visitor protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the lobby, offices, parking areas, ATM and customer access points, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations. Monitor entrances, observe daily operations, and report maintenance concerns, suspicious behavior, and other security-related issues in accordance with site policies and Allied Universal standards.

Minimum Requirements:

Security experience of 1 or more years is required. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Must be 21 or more years of age. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
