Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, including providing first aid or CPR when necessary. Manage conflict situations with professionalism and tact, ensuring safety for all parties involved. Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders during incidents or investigations. Maintain detailed logs of security activities, incident reports, and shift documentation to ensure accountability. Skills Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques and CCTV operation. Certified in first aid and CPR to provide immediate assistance during medical emergencies. Experience in law enforcement, military service, or security roles demonstrating discipline and situational awareness. Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations effectively. Familiarity with loss prevention strategies to deter theft and protect assets. Ability to quickly assess situations and make sound decisions under pressure. Knowledge of security protocols, emergency procedures, and legal regulations relevant to security operations.
