AM Pay Rate:

$18.50 per hour Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and experienced Security Shift Supervisor to oversee overnight security operations at our Irving, TX location. This role is responsible for leading on-shift personnel, ensuring site safety, maintaining compliance with company policies, and delivering exceptional service to clients and visitors. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills while maintaining a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support security officers during the assigned shift Ensure all security procedures and post orders are followed consistently Conduct regular patrols and site inspections to maintain a safe and secure environment Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms in a timely and effective manner Prepare detailed and accurate incident and activity reports Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members Serve as the primary point of contact for client concerns during the shift Assist with scheduling coverage and addressing staffing needs as necessary Monitor access control systems and maintain awareness of site activity Qualifications 1-3 years of security experience (supervisory experience preferred) Must be 21 years of age or older due to driving requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience with computer systems for reporting and documentation Proven conflict resolution and de-escalation abilities Ability to lead a team effectively in a nighttime/overnight environment Required Skills Leadership and team management Attention to detail and situational awareness Professionalism under pressure Dependability and strong work ethic Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Work Environment Overnight shift in a professional setting Regular walking, standing, and occasional driving required Exposure to various weather conditions during patrols We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and value diversity at all levels of our organization.
