Commissioned Officer Level 3

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Commissioned Officer Level 3 to join our team and uphold the highest standards of security and public safety. Schedule:

10am-8pm With Wednesdays off Weekly until August 9th 2026. The job will then turn to weekends only until September 30th 2026. Duties Lead security patrols and surveillance activities to monitor premises, detect suspicious activity, and prevent incidents. Conduct foot patrols and preparing daily detailed reports. Follow rules and post orders at sites assigned to work... Respond promptly to emergencies by providing first aid, performing CPR when necessary, and coordinating with emergency responders. Enforce laws related to immigration, animal handling, loss prevention, and other regulatory requirements. Manage conflict resolution and conflict management situations effectively while maintaining safety for all parties involved. Write comprehensive reports documenting incidents, investigations, and operational activities to ensure accountability and transparency. Apply law enforcement techniques including surveillance tactics, report writing skills, and conflict management strategies to uphold safety standards. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate patrol vehicles safely. Certification in first aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), and emergency response procedures. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively under pressure. Excellent report writing skills with attention to detail for incident documentation. Ability to handle sensitive situations involving conflict management professionally. Familiarity with surveillance technology, law enforcement procedures, and security systems is preferred. Physical fitness necessary for patrol duties including standing, walking long distances, and responding quickly during emergencies.
