This role is perfect for individuals with a strong background in law enforcement, military, or security operations who thrive in dynamic environments. As a Level 3 Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing advanced security services, conducting surveillance, managing conflict situations, and ensuring loss prevention measures are effectively implemented. Your proactive approach will help maintain a safe environment for staff, visitors, and assets while demonstrating professionalism and integrity at all times. Duties Conduct thorough inspections of personnel, vehicles, and packages to prevent theft or security breaches Respond promptly to incidents, conflicts or emergencies with appropriate conflict management techniques and first aid procedures when necessary Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or emergencies to ensure swift resolution Maintain detailed logs of security activities, incidents, and surveillance footage for reporting purposes Enforce access control protocols by verifying identification and authorizations for staff, and visitors Skills Proven experience in security operations, law enforcement, military service or related fields Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure Certified in first aid and CPR to respond effectively during medical emergencies Familiarity with loss prevention strategies and security best practices Ability to interpret security protocols and enforce them consistently Effective communication skills for liaising with emergency responders, law enforcement, staff, and visitors Join us as a Level 3 Security Officer to be at the forefront of safety initiatives!
