We are seeking a highly skilled and responsible individual to join our team as an Armed Security Guard. As an Armed Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our premises, assets, and personnel. You will be responsible for protecting against potential threats, deterring criminal activity, and responding to emergencies.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain a high level of vigilance and constantly monitor the assigned premises for suspicious activities or persons. 2. Patrol designated areas on foot or by vehicle to ensure security, enforce regulations, and protect property. 3. Conduct thorough inspections of individuals, bags, vehicles, and packages entering or exiting the premises. 4. Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms to identify any potential security breaches or hazards. 5. Respond promptly to alarms or calls for assistance and take immediate action to resolve the situation. 6. Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with employees, visitors, and clients. 7. Prepare detailed incident reports on any unusual occurrences, damages, thefts, or loss of property. 8. Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary and follow proper protocols during emergencies. 9. Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding safety and security measures.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent education is required. 2. Must possess a valid armed security guard license issued by the state regulatory authority. 3. Proven experience working as an armed security guard or in a similar role is highly preferred. 4. Extensive knowledge of security procedures and practices is essential. 5. Ability to handle firearms safely, effectively, and responsibly is required. 6. Excellent observation skills with the ability to identify potential threats or suspicious activities quickly. 7. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with individuals at all levels. 8. Physical fitness and ability to stand for long periods are necessary as the job may involve patrolling or standing guard for extended hours. 9. Proficiency in handling emergency situations and proper response techniques is a plus. 10. Must have your own firearm.
