We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commissioned Officer to join our team. As a Commissioned Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining security and enforcing regulations within our organization. This is a critical role that requires excellent surveillance skills, conflict management abilities, and a strong background in law enforcement.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety and security of the premises
  • Monitor CCTV cameras and respond to any suspicious activities or incidents
  • Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain order and discipline
  • Respond promptly to emergencies and provide first aid or CPR if necessary
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when required
  • Conduct investigations into incidents or violations and prepare detailed reports
  • Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage
  • Train and educate staff on security protocols and emergency procedures
Experience:
  • Proven experience in surveillance, loss prevention, or law enforcement roles
  • Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, access control, and other security technologies
  • Certification in CPR, first aid, or related emergency response training
  • Excellent conflict management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions
