PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and customer assistance practices within a retail location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout sales floors, common areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or policy violations. Monitor assigned areas for trespassing, loitering, theft-related activity, and/or other suspicious behavior, and communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Support emergency response activities, assist with crowd and/or queue observation during busy periods, and document daily activities, incidents, and security-related observations in required reports.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Loss prevention experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. X-Ray screening experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
