PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and emergency response actions when appropriate at a technology and communications location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or public emergency responders as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, lobbies, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Perform armed post duties in accordance with Allied Universal standards and site policies, maintaining professional presence and handling security-related concerns with discretion and sound judgment. Monitor entry points, visitor activity, and sensitive areas involving equipment, networks, and other business assets, reporting maintenance, access, and/or policy issues to appropriate personnel.Minimum Requirements:
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
