Full Job Description Overview:
Are you a skilled and dedicated Security Officer looking for an opportunity in the Odessa TX area? Look no further! Royal Guards of Texas, a leading security services company, is now hiring!
Requirements:
  • Valid Level 2 license
  • Proven experience as an Unarmed Security Officer
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
  • Patrolling:
    Regularly checking the area for threats and safety concerns
  • Monitoring:
    Using surveillance equipment, such as closed-circuit television, for potential issues.
  • Controlling access: Preventing unauthorized entry to buildings, outdoor areas, or other controlled areas.
  • Responding:
    Quickly responding to emergencies or threats, such as protective alarm signals or suspicious activity.
  • Engaging:
    Intervening with offenders who try to breach a secured area or harm others.
  • Documenting:
    Recording incidents in security logs or reports, and documenting visitors to the property.

Coordinating:
Working with law enforcement as needed
