Job Description

On-site pool security
Location:
Princeton, TX June - September Overtime Available Job Description Work with management on a daily plan to deter and detect unwanted activity Patrol the pool area on foot and ensure that residents and guests are following pool rules Guard the entry of the pool, allowing only those with approved access to enter Prepare daily PDF Reports with detail Work with police and emergency authorities as needed Serve as a deterent to criminal activity by staying active and engaged to all activity on the property Provide premier customer service to our clients through communication and professionalism Enforce client and company policies, rules, and regulations
Requirements:
Able to work outdoors in inclement and extreme weather conditions Be on time Be proactive Log observations and detail incidents as needed Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time or long shifts 1 year of security experience
Qualifications:
Level 2 Security Officer with an active and current Level 2 license in Texas Ability to pass a background and drug screening Conflict resolution experience Ability to adapt to change Independent work experience
