Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic commercial real estate location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Respond to incidents, alarms, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or public agencies as needed. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions. Monitor access points, visitor activity, and building conditions, assisting with badge and entry procedures, checking doors and gates, and reporting unauthorized access attempts and/or policy violations. Complete routine reports and daily activity logs, noting incidents, hazards, and property-related concerns, and share relevant updates with Allied Universal supervisors and/or client representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED. Access control and badge experience is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
