SOP / Coverage Details - Armed Security Officer Assignment Select Choice Security Services LLC Coverage Details The client is requesting a strong customer service-oriented security presence for two Austin-area locations. Due to the clients public-facing brand and visibility, officers must maintain a professional, approachable, and polished appearance at all times, including clean uniforms, proper grooming, and required identification in accordance with Texas regulations. Minimum Qualifications Minimum of one (1) year armed security experience required Must possess all current Texas licensing and armed guard certifications prior to assignment Must maintain a professional demeanor and strong communication skills Must be reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently Officer Responsibilities Maintaining an active and visible patrol presence Assisting with basic traffic control as needed Responding promptly to onsite situations and management requests Communicating effectively and professionally with onsite management, employees, and customers Supporting both locations as operational needs require Observing and reporting suspicious activity, safety concerns, or incidents Completing all required reports accurately and in a timely manner Additional Expectations Strict adherence to scheduled hours and attendance expectations Proper utilization of the PROTOS app for all timekeeping activity Immediate communication with Dispatch regarding any app or scheduling issues Compliance with all licensing and armed guard requirements prior to assignment Officers are expected to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times Compensation Pay will be based on experience and qualifications, with compensation up to $19.00 per hour
