Duties Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies. Conduct regular inspections of buildings and grounds to identify potential security risks. Enforce facility rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor. Assist in conflict management and de-escalation of situations when required. Skills Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. A strong sense of integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
