POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervises and manages the work assignments of all Security Ambassadors/Sr. Security Ambassadors providing support to their assigned facilities/posts. Provides direct mentoring to all Public Safety Lead (PSL), Visitor Management Ambassador (VMA) and Public Safety Ambassador (PSA) personnel. Provides service, information and aid to the patients, guests, staff and physicians of the University Health. Serves as a positive representative of University Health and supports University Health's Commitment to Service Excellence standards. Responds to requests for assistance and provides patrol of property to ensure the safety and security of life and property of patients, visitors, staff and physicians on all property owned, leased, rented or otherwise under the jurisdiction and control of University Health. Complies with and enforces University Health and departmental policies and regulations. Completes all
VMA/PSL/PSA
work schedules approves time off requests. Promotes University Health's Guest Relations Policy.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE A
high school diploma or its equivalent is required. Five years of experience in a related field such as security, detention, or loss prevention is preferred. Three years in a supervisory capacity preferred.
