Schedule:

Full-Time and Part Time Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, contractors, and visitors while performing general unarmed security duties at an active construction site. Monitor site entrances, verify authorized personnel, and ensure all vehicles and visitors follow proper check-in procedures. Conduct routine foot patrols of the property, including fencing, storage areas, and equipment zones, to deter theft, vandalism, and safety hazards. Promote safety by observing, reporting, and assisting in correcting potential hazards and unsafe behaviors. Understand and comply with client, and State of Texas security requirements, as well as specific post orders and site protocols. Write detailed incident and daily activity reports accurately and promptly. Communicate effectively with site management, subcontractors, and law enforcement when necessary. Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service to all site personnel and visitors. Be able to work in outdoor environments, remain alert while on duty in all weather conditions.

Qualifications:

Must be 21years of age or older. High School Diploma or GED required. Valid Texas Level 3 Security License required. Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Bilingual Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions. Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills. Must successfully pass background screening and drug testing. Prior security experience preferred
