Full Job Description Description:

Verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments, employees and visitors.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Place plastic cones on the entrance and exit. Remove them upon entrance and exit. Attends all incoming traffic with good customer service. Maintains a log of all incoming trailers. Verifies and logs seals on incoming trailers. Verifies incoming paperwork to assure that the loads coming inbound belong to Cano and Sons or Grande. Report any loads that belong to Cano and Sons that don't have seals. Maintains a log of all incoming employee times. Verifies that employees have their ID badge on them. Assigns badges to all visitors upon arrival and collects the badges upon exiting. Restricts access to unauthorized visitors, ex-employees or trailers. Maintains a log of all outgoing trailers. Verifies and logs seals on outgoing trailers. Inspects the trailers box when it's supposed to be empty to assure there is no equipment or product. Maintains a log of all outgoing employee times. Makes accident reports. Other duties as assigned.
