AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to all persons at the location by carrying out assigned security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for an armed post in a chemical and petrochemical environment. Respond to incidents, alarms, hazardous condition reports, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns and documenting observations according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout operational areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions. Monitor entry and exit activity for restricted areas, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and report policy violations, suspicious behavior, and/or equipment concerns to the appropriate contact. Prepare accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and/or shift handoff notes, and support communication with site personnel, contractors, visitors, and emergency responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
