PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service by greeting patients, visitors, and staff at the front desk, following site-specific policies and supporting security-related procedures for the location. Monitor lobby and entry activity, verify identification and/or visitor credentials, issue access materials as directed, and help to deter unauthorized access. Answer questions, provide directions, and communicate with hospital personnel and/or emergency contacts regarding visitor concerns, deliveries, and security-related matters. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting activity and reporting concerns through appropriate channels. Maintain front desk records, visitor logs, and incident notes, while supporting Allied Universal standards and client location protocols.
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located. At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. Hospital vaccination requirements must be met. Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client. Be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
