As a frontline representative of Priority Protection Group, you'll play a key role in maintaining a secure and positive environment for our clients. You'll observe, report, and respond to incidents while providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. Responsibilities  Maintain a visible and professional presence at assigned sites.  Conduct regular patrols of property, buildings, and access points.  Monitor for safety hazards, suspicious activity, or policy violations.  Respond calmly and appropriately to emergencies or disturbances.  Write detailed and accurate incident reports using proper grammar and format.  Communicate clearly with clients, employees, and law enforcement as needed.  Utilize verbal de-escalation and conflict resolution techniques when necessary.  Support a culture of teamwork, awareness, and professionalism.
