As a frontline representative of Priority Protection Group, you'll play a key role in maintaining a secure and positive environment for our clients. You'll observe, report, and respond to incidents while providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. Responsibilities Maintain a visible and professional presence at assigned sites. Conduct regular patrols of property, buildings, and access points. Monitor for safety hazards, suspicious activity, or policy violations. Respond calmly and appropriately to emergencies or disturbances. Write detailed and accurate incident reports using proper grammar and format. Communicate clearly with clients, employees, and law enforcement as needed. Utilize verbal de-escalation and conflict resolution techniques when necessary. Support a culture of teamwork, awareness, and professionalism. Applicants who pass the interview and evaluation process will be required to: Attend an in-person interview at our headquarters in Ogden, UT Pass a criminal history check Pass a 13-panel pre-employment drug screen Pass an employer reference check Complete a 90-day probation period, during which you will be required to complete CPR/AED certification and one less-than-lethal certification, if you don't already have current certificates.
