PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions. Monitor access points and verify entry and/or exit activity according to site protocols, assisting with visitor processing, badge checks, and vehicle inspections when required. Support daily operations by preparing accurate reports, noting maintenance or hazard-related concerns, and following post orders and communication procedures during routine and non-routine events.

Minimum Requirements:

EMT certification is required. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. A state, county, and/or city issued security-related license is preferred. Comfort using a computer and/or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
