AM Duties:

Patrol the premises in Company provided vehicle. Conduct regular patrols of the corporate yard to ensure safety protocols are followed and identify potential hazards or security risks. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed. Implement loss prevention strategies by observing behaviors that could indicate theft or vandalism and intervening appropriately. Provide first aid and CPR when necessary, assisting injured individuals until professional medical help arrives. Handle conflicts professionally through effective conflict management techniques to de-escalate situations peacefully. Qualifications Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable. Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred; willingness to obtain if not already certified. Familiarity with surveillance systems such as CCTV and other security technology tools. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and security best practices. Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays as required. Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor and keen attention to detail.
