Requirements Schedule:

Monday•Friday 6AM-2PM Temp position

Pay Rate:

$17.75 per hour

Position Overview:

The Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment by monitoring site access, conducting patrols, and enforcing security procedures. This position plays a key role in managing truck access control and verifying cargo security.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor truck access by checking seals and verifying truck and trailer numbers for vehicles entering and exiting the facility. Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property and monitoring surveillance systems. Inspect buildings, equipment, and access points to ensure proper security procedures are followed. Control and permit authorized entry to the facility. Respond to incidents and obtain assistance when necessary by activating alarms or contacting appropriate personnel. Complete detailed reports by documenting observations, incidents, and surveillance activities. Interview witnesses and obtain necessary statements and signatures when required. Monitor building and equipment controls to help maintain a safe operating environment. Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols of assigned areas. Perform additional duties as assigned.
