Duties Monitor premises through CCTV surveillance systems to detect suspicious activity and ensure safety protocols are followed Conduct regular patrols of the facility, including entrances, exits, and restricted areas to deter theft and unauthorized access Manage access control by verifying identities of visitors, contractors, and employees upon entry and exit Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, including medical emergencies requiring first aid or CPR assistance Enforce security policies and resolve conflicts or disturbances with professionalism and tact Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security checks for record-keeping and reporting purposes Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders during critical situations to ensure swift resolution Skills Strong knowledge of surveillance technology such as CCTV systems and alarm systems Experience in conflict management and de-escalation techniques Basic first aid and CPR certification to provide immediate assistance when needed Background in law enforcement, military service, or security operations is highly desirable Excellent observational skills with attention to detail during patrols and inspections Ability to remain calm under pressure while handling emergency situations effectively Familiarity with loss prevention strategies and security best practices Join us as a Security Officer to play a crucial role in creating a safe environment for everyone.
